Pros

Interesting high-tech company, in a nice healthy market with not so much competition...but that is changing with a few new entrants in the market.

Cons

there is literally a RIF scare every week...and Management believe that is helthy for the business ...(?)

Great pay, great projects, exciting changes in industry. Company is doing its best to position itself for growth in the market.

Cons

Technology shift from FC is complicating business as usual. Also with business model moving from ASIC designer to solutions provider, stability of work has been reduced.
