The Companies direction and focus. The commitment to employees and the overall work environment.
Cons
Very few, we have competitive salary and benefits. In a smaller company there tends to be less promotional opportunities however while you might not get the title you want, you are given the ability to work outside the traditional box and that helps grow your skills. Which might not happen in larger companies.
