      Pros

      if you like gear, you get to work with some cool stuff.

      Cons

      Management is more concerned with sales than operations. Management will let you go on a wim and don't care about their employees. Management is more likely to promote someone from a hotel rather than one of their warehouses. Managment will stab you in the back. Management really does not care about their employees

      Pros

      Depending on your location ie (Hotel), good food. If you wanna work 12-15hr days, go home for 5 hrs and come back and work more hours, and it does not bother you, you can make some good money. Granted, you will meet "some" nice people, but don't expect too.

      Cons

      It is not about their employees, it's about the company and money. Screw the employee. Most Supervisors and other workers think they know everything...."I have been doing this job for 20 years, I know everything!" A quote most often heard around the work place and ultimately they don't. Back stabbing, talk behind your back, discrimination and lies are very common with the company, supervisors and employees. Really not a good place to work, unless you become one of them.
