Work-life integration is also extremely important to us, so we encourage you to talk with your manager or Human Resources about your concerns. Encova provides a competitive benefits package for associates, and, unlike most employers, there were no increases to benefit premiums for 2021. In 2019, we added paid parental and family caregiver leave programs. In response to COVID-19, we adapted benefit programs to support COVID-19 testing, telemedicine and mental health services to ensure we provide associates with excellent care.
