Parking garage, cafeteria, WFH, on site gym, good PTO-you’ll need it for stress.

Cons

When this was Motorists, employees started and ended their careers with the company. Encova is like a revolving door. If you were “leftover” from Motorists days, you are not treated equally. The amount of disrespect from people who came from outside Brickstreet and Motorists is enormous.
