Pros

Benefits, salary and vacation are generous. The company values education and has an amazing program for designations.

Cons

At times the workload can be a little heavy, but that happens anywhere in this business. Even when the workload is heavy, leadership is understanding and you are never micromanaged

Pros

-Good benefits -Good people -Some flexibility depending on your manager

Cons

-Low salaries -They are “focusing on diversity” but there’s almost no diversity on the executive team -Very little willingness to change / be innovative -The focus on expenses and reducing headcount is causing burnout

Thank you for your review. We regularly review our salary structure at both the national and regional levels and adjust to stay aligned with the market. If you have concerns about your compensation, career path or workload, we encourage you to talk to your manager. We agree that while we are vocal about our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, our actions need to reflect that commitment by looking for opportunities to hire associates of all races, ethnicities and genders at all levels. We are making efforts to improve our diversity recruiting by contracting with diversityjobs.com. This connects us to HBCUs and automatically posts our open positions to diverse job boards and websites that target Black, Latino, Asian, Native American, LGBTQ+, women and veteran jobseekers, as well as those with disabilities.

Pros

You can wear jeans all week.

Cons

Very inadequate training. Too many managers, not enough workers. Depts don't "talk" with each other so noone knows what is going on anywhere else in the company. Bonus eligibility requirements are very unequal among divisions.

Thank you for you review. Our goal is to provide the training each associate needs to succeed in his or her position, and we encourage associates to talk with their manager or human resources if they do not feel they have received adequate training. We are committed to every department in our organization working together as one, and are currently going through internal training with all leadership so they can better support their teams in doing this. Our gainshare program offers bonus pay of up to 12% of your annual salary based on your team’s deliverables. These deliverables are constantly refined to ensure metrics are accurate and fair across the board.
