Pros

Literally none. This must be one of the worst place you can be. Very low energy and dark vibes.

Cons

Low energy, dark vibes, micromanaging to the minute. Managers and team leaders are a bunch of losers that can't succeed somewhere else or in life and need to feel like they can lead people. Please read all comments before you even think to work at this place. I can assure you will regret to waste your time here. You can surely find something else better.

It's just okay

Pros

The pay, online courses related to work, and college course repayment- don't count on most classes you'd want to take counting though as there are tons of restrictions. Most jobs are entry level so anyone can do most positions minus the higher ups.

Cons

There is NO diversity. Out of 300 + employees I'm averaging there are probably under 15 employees of any other race than white. Makes for a very uncomfortable environment. No diversity in management at all. Management are bosses NOT leaders meaning they are not welcoming to go to with questions. Feels like walking on egg shells. There is rampant nepotism!!! You do NOT get trained properly. McDonald's probably has a better training course.

Pros

They make lot's of money

Cons

Lack of communication When the direction was unclear, I asked questions only to be told, "you should already know". When the direction was unclear again, I took the initiative. Then I was called on the carpet for not doing what they intended. Lack of understanding When I proposed a solution to a problem, my direct manager misinterpreted what I said and proceeded to argue against that misinterpretation for the next 15+ minutes. When I tried to clarify, he told me to stop arguing and accept his authority. Lack of support When I addressed my concerns, the reply was, "that is your problem. What are YOU doing about it?" I studied. I learned as much as I could about the company. I trained myself. I worked weekends. I worked late. I worked early. I had nothing left to give them. I left.
