- fair pay and good benefits - everyone is super friendly and truly cares about their contributions to the org - strong communication and vision from leadership - everyone is truly a high performer

Cons

- it takes forever to get even the smallest projects complete with the amount of reviews and approvals required - some people in higher level positions don’t really respect lower level employees - too many meetings

Steady work is the only Pros.THATS all.

Cons

Terrible shift work always changing the schedule yearly.Low pay,pention is garbage,health benefits not too bad.Too much micro managing,management act like they care,but they really don’t.They push a lot of work on the plumbers.Its a very lazy job.The union sucks.
