      Pros

      Great pay. Flexibility. Great benefits. Lots of opportunity. Top dog in sales market.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. No job stability/security. You're a number on a page - when that number becomes inconvenient (i.e. making too much money, voicing displeasure about work policies) you can be in hot water (or terminated). Internal operations team is unionized - admin is painfully slow and problems are almost never solved quickly.
