A rapid pace of growth is possible because most of the highly qualified Senior or Principal engineers have left the company.

Cons

Management only cares about charging time to customers. Quality is at the lowest level I’ve seen in my more than five years with the company.

Senior leadership does not seem to have any idea what they’re doing. They will lay you off without considering your actual contribution to the company.

Great People, Great Office location and job

Cons

This is the engineering equivalent of slave labor you are worth nothing but your time quality of work does not matter no direct mentorship. I have been with this company for 3 years and all I get for it is a mediocre pay raise while my responsibilities double if not triple. It is actually a miracle if I only work 40 hours a week and do not get me started on the absolute garbage that is the work we do. I spend 80% of time churning through just atrocious work from previous projects. It is a miracle this company is still afloat. In all honesty I do not blame them I blame our clients. How in the world do they accept our work. I have no idea
