Great People, Great Flexibility, Mediocre Benefits
Pros
Supports working from home full time Supports flexible hours and flexible time off; it's very easy to take time off ad hoc and to start/end your work day based on your own scheduled The people that work here are overall smart, hardworking, and kind - it's a very pleasant and dedicated team to be part of
Cons
Compenstation, hours requirements, and time off benefits aren't competitive; the company has "no accrual PTO" for consulting staff such that you essentially are directed to work 2040 hours a year in order to get a very modest time off of 2 vacation weeks and 10 floating holidays Company doesn't make full commitments to decisions out of desire to appease everyone, which creates confusion Company keeps unoccupied offices open, wasting resources Company over rewards and over promotes low performing and mediocre senior leaders because they are experiences but holds back modest pay raises and promotions for high performing junior staff Company has no process to award merit-based raises not tied to a promotion; substantial raises only come with promotions; all other raises are annual cost of living raises
