Great place as long as you don't make a complaint or prove management to be wrong.
Pros
Decent pay and benefits. Great PTO, but made to feel bad if you use it. Its a fun and exciting career as long as you are part of the cool crowd; otherwise you will be driven away or set up to fail.
Cons
There is not much room for advancement if you are part of the support staff. Now, if you tell lies, stab people in the back to get ahead and suck up to the ROM, you will definitely go places. For new consultants coming in, the mentoring in the FL office is non existent. Broken promises are made daily. This place used to be an amazing company where you felt like family but the more they grow and the more money they make the more they take from the employees. The favoritism is very apparent. Micromanaging is the only management style they know. There is constant bulling and inconsistent policies. There is a new policy at any given time when it benefits them. If you ever make a complaint about people, you will be the one to get fired. There are people here who have had over 10 complaints about them yet they still work there and the people who made the complaint were either fired or driven to quit.
