      Collaborative environment; good benefits; pay is slightly above- market; forward focused; encourage professional development

      Cons

      Lack of SOP across offices. Support staff (I.e. non-engineers) are treated as second class citizens by far too many engineers.

      Plenty of opportunity to learn by doing grunt-work

      Cons

      Poor management (micro managers) and the structure of the company is designed in a way in which while they "encourage" consultants to recommend others there is reluctance in assisting lower level engineers to build a book of business (because it hurts their hefty year-end bonus).
