Pros

Massages, manicures, unlimited overtime, and Dunkin donuts fountain machine.

Cons

This is the most petty employer in the world. They have so many rules that the set you up to get fired. (I did not get fired, I quit) Section Managers and team leads constantly stand over you and micromanage everything you do. Everyone that works there calls it the "plantation" or the "slave yard." For your entire shift you get nothing but ignorant customers that cannot operate a cell phone, a computer, and think that food stamps is a source of income. You will spend 30 minutes on a call with a customer that thinks they receive emails to their Facebook inbox. The entire place is a circus. Section managers and team leads are robots with no souls. You will never move up in this company. I am so relieved I am not there anymore.

Pros

In my opinion, there are none!

Cons

Micromanaged, no purse at your desk or cell phone. Cell phones & purses are kept in high school lockers but only for call center reps. Corporate employees can keep their phones & purses on desk. They give you business cards with a toll free phone for your family members to reach you in case of an emergency!! Soooooo happy I'm gone! I hated that place

Pros

Paid time off and downtown location

Cons

Everything ranging from the work environment, attendance policy, no room for advancement and the god awful policy of having to use lockers. Are we children? That last one confused me and threw me through a loop; we can't even have purses at our desks.
