      The worse company I have ever worked for .

      Pros

      Great base pay if you fight for it. Experience is a plus. The insurance package has improved. The retirement plan is sufficient.

      Cons

      High turnover rate, unstable so called professional environment, bad business practices. Unprofessional, condescending, lack luster management staff.

      The Co workers. The Benefits Package.

      I'm still trying to find out how is it legal to provide hard working individuals with two 10 minute breaks a day....... Enova is VERY favoritism based and if you are not a favorite you are another body in the room. I've watched managers get walked out by security due to sneaky schemes behind their backs. Its a dog eat dog world there and they work you like one as well.

      My peers were like my family.

      There is a huge separation between operations and corporate, it's to the point to where you feel as if you're not appreciated and they don't see you. You're just a number to them. There is no coaching or developing, unless you're one of there favorites.
