Pros

Overall the company is great with work life balance and understanding supervisors.

Cons

Production feels like slave cotton quota. They want 45 accounts per work shift which is impossible given the amount of research that has to be done per account. The pay is waaaaaay below market rate. The pay is terrible for this position. They push for us to get the accounts paid, but we don't get paid but pennies on the dollar. They offer a year end bonus, however, if we don't make the company money we can kiss that bonus goodbye. I'd prefer to make more an hour of what I'm worth than to get this sorry lil bonus.

Pros

Associates really care about the work we do to help our clients

Cons

Pay is garbage Benefits are garbage Mid level management is completely overloaded and underpaid Executive and C suite positions are all outside hires though they will preach about promoting from within They would rather hire new people/use vendors to tell us to accept their trash benefits than just pay us what we deserve

Pros

Hiring pay was okay. My initial managers and other coworker were great to work with. Bonuses.

Cons

Lack of pay raises. Lied to by managers. It took over a year to get of being told the company would hire another coworker on-site (never happened) which meant almost everything for the whole hospital fell on my shoulders. He was the only other coworker on-site but when I was hired initially Ensemble was hoping to add a 3rd person. The managers (3) were all remote and switched positions out of my department. It left me alone, with a new manager, but the expectations were for me to still see every patient, follow every account to completion, new job responsibilities always being added, and a manager that went on a leave for 6 weeks (if I remember correctly) shortly after she had been hired. I was placed into corrective action for my production falling behind. That was improved and up to par. I then was still fired because all the ancillary things (spreadsheets, meetings, etc.) whenever I was the only person on-site for a year. Remember, I was hired onto a team with at least 5 people total and looking for another. The expected work was never adjusted to fit the situation I was in. More and more kept piling up. I never asked for a raise when more work responsibilities were piled on. I was then fired on a Friday after working all day and busting my tail to keep things in shape from a remote HR person. I would never recommend anyone to work there as a Public Benefits Specialist unless you're just coming and going. You will not be happy and work your tail off just to be treated like garbage.
