Pros

Remote flexible schedule that’s it

Cons

Poor training, low pay, micromanaging, pay new employees more than those who have worked there for years. They refuse to give even a dollar across the board raise yet their ceo has multiple million dollar homes. The president is a joke parading around in Louis purses and red bottom shoes yet they pay their employees nothing

Communication with each other, our team members, leaders, and across the company is imperative to the success of Ensemble and the results that we produce for our clients. Each and every day our associates have the chance to meet with their team and their leader to talk about what’s working, ways to improve, and things that are going on around the company. Every week, our senior leadership team sends out communication to all of our associates, no matter their location. We have a newsletter, a company intranet, additional weekly e-mails that are sent to our associates, and many other different ways that we communicate across our company. We provide countless opportunities to speak up about ways to improve our company, and we encourage this each and every day. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. At any time we welcome you to contact us directly with your personal story at askjudson@ensemblehp.com or tellshannon@ensemblehp.com and let’s discuss your perception and experience together.

Pros

Work from home with a flexible schedule, overtime available sometimes, paid holidays.

Cons

Management is clueless about what is going on with the clients we have. Upper leadership doesn’t have a clue what’s going on all the way down the corporate ladder cause they just take managements word for “everything is great”. People are leaving left and right because our pay does not match the work we do. People who have been brought over to Ensemble because of buyouts are working three times harder than they did when they worked directly for the client because we don’t just work for that client anymore but are expected to work others as well. I can do the same job and someone on my team and because my location is in rural America and they are in the city - they make more than I do. That’s not fair at all especially when we are doing the same job with the same expectations. We do these surveys and they avoid the issues like the plague. It’s always the excuse of “we are working on it”. We have “managers” in charge who are clueless about the specialties they are over. They never login to clients and take a look at things because they expect the coders to just carry them. We have coders who fail to meet productivity and nothing is ever done about it. Then we have coders who are killing themselves with their jobs cause they know if they don’t … they won’t stand a chance at getting a bonus for the quarter that they desperately need. There are too many policies and procedures and things change every time you turn around. We have meetings about how to do do things and it doesn’t even relate to the client we work which does nothing but cause confusion. 401k is not matched and we never know when things are going to happen with it.
