      Pros

      Remote work and pto, but never allowed to use it.

      Cons

      I was transferred from a great health system to this awfully ran company. Benefits are expensive and barely cover anything with high deductibles. No 401k match etc. PTO is somewhat generous, but constantly denied. Every second of your day must be tracked. Grown adults are treated like children. This company is the definition of micromanagement. Constant structural changes and last minute meetings. I have had 4 different supervisors in 5 months. Morale is beyond low. They don’t care about quality work they only care about the numbers. Their motto is “people first last and always,” but the workloads are worse than a sweatshop. Would love to use a PTO day that I’ve earned, but nobody is ever approved to use it. Work from the United States is being transferred overseas. Everyday I think it can’t get worse, but they send urgent meetings with no notice and deliver bad news.

      Micromanaging as an art

      Pros

      My small work group that transitioned together was a great supportive work group that got along very well. Unfortunately after transition our work group was losing that supportive teamwork, not because of the group but because of Ensemble's policies and changes.

      Cons

      Ensemble is expert at having numerous required meetings every week and tools for micromanaging. They swamp you with policies, most of which don't even pertain to your current position and then much later fault you if you did something that didn't follow a policy that there is no way of remembering because of the flood of policies you are hit with. They monitor you closely and also have you fill a "Smartsheet" with anything that takes 15 minutes or more that automatically send the information up the chain. They set unattainable goals and then expect you to be in multiple meetings every week as you watch your work fall behind.

      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      There are no pros at all.

      Cons

      Ensemble did not know what they were doing, They have no training, they add more and more on to your job. There is no one to ask questions because they do not know anything. Their so called managers are rude and treat people awful. Everyone I worked with was miserable and most of them have left.
