Answers to these reviews are, in fact, written by our c-suite leaders. We created ShareWithShannon@EnsembleHP.com specifically to give every associate direct access to the highest levels of leadership. Our leaders operate “open door” and we have created over a dozen individual channels of communication covering every area of leadership in order to empower our associate's voices. Associate input is critically important to us but, being completely honest, the feedback in your review is challenging act on. Needless to say, it would have been impossible for us to grow from 5 people to 5,000 in 5 years without the strength of an incredibly motivated and driven team of associates. It is a privilege for me to work with people that have accomplished so much so quickly. For any current or future associate reading this, I cannot stress enough that your voice is empowered at Ensemble. We don’t accept the status quo and we count on our associates to be the engine of our growth and innovation. If you have ideas to share, voice them! Advocate for what you believe in, get to the” why" if you ever hear “no” and remember that the doors are open all the way to the top.
