Lots of deadlines, lots of meetings

Pros

Leadership was very smart but still getting used to being management. The sales team and size of the contracts were always something to be impressed by.

Cons

We worked a lot of long hours. There was often poor communication and too many meetings. The company's velocity suffered as a result. There is also significant employee churn.

Company has a great potential and leading the pack in TMS and other related expanse. CEO seems like a capable guy, but detached from most employees

Cons

CTO is a walking HR violator and does only help sales deals.. He has no admiration in the organization and never takes part in anything identified with engineering. Everything is a fleeting fix and the company does not believe in engineering principles even after these many years
