Pros

The technology is amazing. There is never a lack of things to do and learn. The people at Ensighten are honest, trustworthy team minded individuals who care as much for the community as they do their own job duties. There is a wide range of snacks and beverages to keep you moving. Team members often meet up after hours to enjoy the friendships they have cultivated on the job. Great internal support teams with HR, IT, etc.

Cons

The office space is tight since our team size is growing so quickly. There is a lack of private office space so we gather in large open areas. Too wide a range of technologies used for conference calls, video chats and screen shares.

Pros

Terrific startup in a high growth mode -- plenty of open positions in all departments. Unique and patented technology that's highly differentiated from the competition's. Amazingly bright developers who continuously innovate. Very relaxed work environment -- it's fun to be at the headquarters office.

Cons

Young startup without fully fleshed processes, so people have to step up and take initiative. Small office space that divides employees into two separate suites on different floors.
