*Fun work environment assuming you enjoy nerf guns *Lots of variety in available work to do *Management recognizes hard work and promotes accordingly *A variety of company outings are scheduled each week with the entire company invited *Engineering management is open to hearing suggestions but be ready to back up why it's the right solution *Excellent compensation package compared to other companies of all sizes in the area

*Current office is very cramped (but we're moving to a new office shortly) *To be really successful long hours of hard work are expected *Senior members often are hard to get one on one time with

A walking talking contradiction. Direction of the company lacks logic let alone vision.

A decent benefits package and a salary that's commensurate with the industry are the only pros I can come up with.

Cons

Complete and utter lack of logic by purchasing a competitor. What a joke and a complete waste of VC money. Management is running in different directions and is completely out of touch with most of the employees. Middle management is running scared and has no idea how to manage in the first place. Lack of focus with regard to the Engineering department.

On par with the industry in regards to payscale. Good location and decent benefits package but nothing out of this world spectacular.

Cons

Terrible management and the CEO is so out of reach. Product is going no where. The whole company is disorganized and severely lacking continuity.
