- Huge upside in an untapped market - PE Firm (KKR) does not back losers

Cons

- Leadership turnover and PMS founder turnover is concerning - PMS products are not scalable in current state - Lack of experienced senior leadership is problematic and leads to initiative challenges - High churn and low sales = bad combination

Good pay, work from home.

Cons

They changed the entire management and executive structure. Our quotas increased over 150% company wide. They didn’t give us the tools to meet this. I know of one brand a coworker is under that they haven’t dont a single marketing campaign for. Or put a dollar into that.

The team I work directly with is great, and we have an amazing culture and balance.

Cons

Significantly lower than market pay, and a disorganized leadership feel. I also get the impression that other teams are under heavy pressure consistently.
