Pros

Zero, zip, zilch. Run as fast as you can.

Cons

If you want to work for an organization whose C-Suite turns over every 6 months because there is no real vision for this company and everyone likes to stand around and admire problems instead of taking action to fix them. Customers are the absolute last priority. Company surveys highlight an unhappy, unappreciated workforce with the same complaints for management over and over that are never addressed.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for the contributions you made during your time with us. We value feedback from former team members and take it seriously. We are a fast‑growing organization with high standards, a clear mission, and focus on strengthening leadership alignment, execution, and accountability. Employee input—through surveys and direct feedback—helps shape where we focus and how we continue to raise the bar for our people and the therapists and practices we serve. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you continued success.

Pros

Stay away. It's a toxic work environment where results are achieved at the expense of the employee's mental health and personal life.

Cons

-Consistently understaffed and overworked with no hope of hiring enough people any time soon. -The amount of work expected does not match the compensation level. -Priorities change extremely often. I've seen my project priorities change multiple times within the course of a 30-minute meeting. -Management is "Your friend"... until you tell them that the project they promised a customer is not actually possible.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We understand that a fast-paced work environment can be demanding, and we are continuously working to ensure our teams feel supported, valued, and appropriately resourced. While we aim to be agile and responsive to business needs, we recognize that stability and clear prioritization are equally important, and we are actively working to improve in these areas. Staffing and workload balance are ongoing priorities, and we are committed to making strategic hires to support our teams. Compensation is also something we regularly evaluate to ensure we remain competitive and fair. While small gestures of appreciation, such as team celebrations, are meant to recognize hard work, they are not intended to replace meaningful efforts to improve team member experience. We take team member well-being seriously and do not want anyone to feel that their personal life and mental health are compromised. Open communication is key, and we encourage direct conversations with leadership or a member of our business partner team to address concerns constructively. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate your contributions as we continue working toward a better, more sustainable work environment. Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of our team. We hope to partner together to continue building a better experience for all team members.
