      Pro: The organization was great benefits and pay. Employees are helpful and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Cons: The organization culture is horrible, too many fire drill tasks and micromanaging. The president of the company has no idea what is going on and has many demands. IT is never there to help. There is no communication between departments, everyone works in silos.

      Management pretends to listen. Ultimately a few make all the decisions. Work life balance feels nonexistent oftentimes.

      Pros

      The people in the office are what I believe people say for. I also feel the mission is what draws people into the company. There is great camaraderie as well.

      Cons

      Be prepared to learn the job quickly as it is sink or swim when you come onboard. Diversity is a real issue that is not properly addressed and for an organization that works in affordable housing, they don't focus on race.
