Highly supportive leaders who truely embody the company values in terms of empowering the team with the right rools to breed success, corraboration and innovation. There are lots of freedome to be creative and ideas that push the anvelop in terms of bettering the organization are always embrace and incorporated with no redtape. Great company to grow with, work with incredibly smart poeple and feel like you make a great contrubution.

Great customer base and excellent frontline employees.

Cons

Former NCR management has taken over sales and service. They brought their horrible culture with them and have built a team where only former NCR managers are the shot callers. 4 levels of NCR management cover up unethical practices on a daily basis.
