      A Phenomenal Place to Work

      Pros

      DI is growing faster than it ever has. The people that work here are passionate about what they do. The company is passionate about making sure there are ample opportunities for its employees. People come here to succeed and often find themselves in a place two years after they started doing something else in the company because their talents were recognized and they stepped up and filled a business need. The company is deeply committed to promoting from with in.

      Cons

      This isn't a place for people simply to do a job. You must be a person that wants to make a difference. Not everyone fits that mode, so it can be a challenge for those people. On the other hand, many will thrive with the right mindset and be rewarded for their efforts.

      I left a job in the fortune 500 space in search of a more fulfilling professional experience. Drillinginfo ticks all the boxes -- Advancement opportunity, Employee engagement, Accessible Leadership, Innovative products, and a culture of winning. If you desire to lead and be developed, this is a great place to accomplish your goals.

      Cons

      Sometimes I am too busy to participate in all the amazing events that they put on for the employees.
