      the company spends a good amount of money on marketing and their offices' setup, plus offers great benefits

      Cons

      bro culture, amateurish and arrogant leadership, robotic personalities permeate all levels of the company and tend to be favored for promotions and accepted as the norm, do not be fooled by the "unlimited vacation policy" - if you are in sales, you will be contacted by the many layers of managers during your time off to make sure you are on top of your quota, and if you have already made your quota, then you are still going to be contacted just to make sure you are not slaking off on company time and money

      DI has over time built a team, made up of individuals, that value commitment and accountability. Why? It is because we have a lot at stake. Not just for investors, which everyone has, but for the 1,000+ individuals and families that rely on us. People place faith in our direction and commitments to make sure that they have both security and a high quality of life. We can see where that would be a challenge for some and can respect that, but our belief system is that when hundreds and thousands are impacted by you directly we have to hold ourselves to a higher standard. Our culture is certainly not for all but it is for those that seek impact outside of just personal well being. This may all seem like fluff and wishful thinking but this is measured in our employee engagement and realized things like Amplify Austin. It is just part of our fabric.

      Pros

      High growth high reward. Tons of opportunity for those who are up for the challenge. Many promotions and people rewarded for work well done. Innovation in product. Opportunities abound.

      Cons

      Some aren't up for the challenge. It makes sense for them not to be here. It makes sense that some people aren't a fit for the fast pace of this amazing company

      upward and lateral mobility, talented and fun team members, growing company, open PTO, flexible hours, not overly corporate

      fast paced, short term priorities, large start up mentality
