      Pros

      I love how the company tried not to lay off employees through the pandemic. Benefits are good and HR are doing their best to explain the benefits every year. Nice and smart co-workers

      Cons

      Micromanagement is a culture in this place. Teams changes constantly so you might find yourself with a new boss almost ever year which may play a role in delaying promotions.

      Innovative ideas, good teammates. Lots of talent.

      Cons

      Different best practices, management styles, and operational procedures across divisions create confusing expectations. A bit of a revolving door on the medical communications side.

      Envision truly believes the company as a whole is only as good as the people who work for it. Hard to find a more flexible, family-forward culture in this industry.
