      Pros

      May seem a strange title to offer, but that's the overall vibe of Envision when I was there. Step back and stay out of the way of good and bright people so they can get their work done. Excellent place.

      Cons

      Nothing specific to this company that you don't find in any organization or business. People are people. Be respectful and you will be respected.

      Pros

      People here are passionate about their work and are team players. There is great group synergy among everyone. Management takes care of the employees. They hire qualified people and want to ensure the people hired have unique personalities that will mesh into the Envision family.

      Envision Technology Solutions: Great environment, pay leaves something to be desired

      Pros

      Pertaining to ETS in Glastonbury, CT: The people all have great personalities. Bitter people need not apply. They seem to be open to letting people move around within the company. Every level of the company seems responsive to feedback. It is just an overall happy environment. The company is very open about it's financial and business successes. Bonuses seem to be consistent and generous.

      Cons

      The bottom level of the company seems to be underpaid relative to the amount of work expected. Experience (in terms of time) is overvalued and talent is undervalued.
