Easy job but boring work.

Cons

Boring work. Big clients with too much process. No strategy or creativity allowed. Catty senior management with loads of favoritism by owners. Mean girl environment.

Larger companies (clients) unfortunately do usually have a stricter set of processes, however this should not come at the expense of our employee's creativity. To address your concern regarding favoritism; we invest greatly in our culture and our leaders.
