      Pros

      People-focused culture even during periods of industry-leading growth "We're creating the future together" ethos - everyone (regardless of organogram position) is encouraged to contribute Hiring strong talent to help build out the company - geographically and functionally Original founders want to create opportunities and give rewards to the next generation of Envisionaries - great time to be at Envision.

      Cons

      Pace if fast and expectations are very high. Don't apply if you are looking for "just a job".

      Indentured servitude

      Pros

      I got to work with some great clients and learned a lot from them. There is a lot of grass root talent in the company

      Cons

      As with a previous reviewer who spoke of nepotism at Envision I had the misfortune of getting stuck in the middle of the Envision senior management team. The only advice I can give to people thinking of joining EPG (particularly as a writer) is do some research about your line manager before signing up. I found my concerns about quality standards, investment, direction and work load were ignored by HR (and senior management) and nobody I turned to for help was willing to step in for fear of reprisals. I also found I was unable to move to other departments for the same reason. I became nothing more than an indentured servant. The only choice open to me was to leave the company. It's curious all the fuss they made to try to keep me there without even once trying to address the root cause of my unhappiness, even though I plainly pointed out as such.

      Nepotism at its worst

      Pros

      Mostly an impressive team with talented, intelligent people.

      Cons

      Old boys network and blatant nepotism however puts some absolute dullards in senior roles. Others pay the price and work twice the hours propping them up.
