Pros

Epic is a good first job. The salary is good, and raises and bonuses are decent.

Cons

There are a lot of losers working here - the type of people that would remind the teacher they forgot to assign homework. If you can figure out a way to deal with this type of person, you can work here for a long time.

Pros

Everything is cheap here. The salary goes a very long way. The campus amenities are top-tier. They don't work you harder than you allow them.

Cons

All the downsides mentioned by others are because they don't know how to set boundaries, nor how to accept they are a cog in a machine.
