Pros

Pay and benefits are great. Food is maybe the best thing about working there. Great resume builder. Friendly and helpful coworkers.

Cons

Work life balance is a mess - I've been asked to work during all my PTO. High stress, high demand job. Customer-facing roles are especially hard work.

Pros

- No experience needed - Help you relocate - Competitive pay + raises - Awesome health insurance benefits - Decent variety of work - Nice colleagues - Neat location and campus - Robust training - Amazing food - Excellent IT department

Cons

- Pathetic hours (60+ for weeks on end) - No overtime pay - Non-existent work-life balance - Extreme performance standards - Pointless on-site expectation - Inept low/mid-level management - Lonely and un-inclusive environment - Ridiculous corporate philosophy - Low retention/high burnout (not just new hires) - Time-off constraints for new hires - Most "feedback" is just thinly veiled criticism - Unfulfilling/tedious responsibilities - Endless obnoxious processes - Lack of support from managers

Pros

Challenging and interesting work. The pay is good.

Cons

Rough ramp-up period. It can take a few years to get your feet under you.
