Pros

Good pay and good experience right out of college. First 3 months (if you don't get staffed early) is really fun. Would recommend starting in July or August. Great raises too if you put the work in.

Cons

Long hours, whether there are deadlines close or not. Little professional growth, and certain hoops you have to jump through to do what you want.

Pros

Decent pay, lovely and spacious campus.

Cons

1. Working with their product. They use (or used while I was there) ancient technology. VB6 etc 2. It is expected to work long hours/weekends. 3. You are made to sign a non-compete.

Pros

Great culture. Everyone is extremely driven and bright. New hires are given a lot of responsibility from the start. Better pay and benefits than most entry level jobs out there.

Cons

Management is very young. A lot of management decisions are driven by petty politics. Work-life balance is rough, but they're very upfront about it. They have a reputation for driving people out of the company after a short period of time.
