Pros

This job can set you up for a better and higher paying job after leaving. The food is amazing and cheap. It is also very nice to work with extremely talented and bright coworkers.

Cons

The work-life balance problem with the project management position is well known in the area, and the turnover rate is well known internally. Be prepared to work 50-60 hour work weeks continually after you are staffed to a customer. The work will be very demanding. Traveling can cause additional exhaustion.

Pros

Beautiful campus, intelligent people, opportunities to use your technical background in a clinical setting

Cons

It is a software company so if you are not comfortable or a fan of coding it may not be the position for you.
