      Decent salary, interesting company and product, but beware of the long hours.

      Pros

      The architecture and artwork is playful. There's even a tree house. It's a casual atmosphere and there are some good perks.

      Cons

      They like to hire people fresh out of undergrad and work them 50-70 hrs per week. Sometimes the expectations of what the employees can accomplish are pretty unrealistic.

      Pros

      1. Lots of opportunity for growth and responsibility. If you are hardworking, bright, and positive, the sky is the limit here! You have the ability to shape your future and the future of the company from day 1. 2. Compensation is very competitive! 3. Great people to work with! 4. Awesome culture, I wear yoga pants to work every day and we really believe in the "have fun" part of our mission statement. 5. Always changing and challenging job. I never thought I would be cut out for a boring desk job and IS is not that! We are always on our toes and presented with new challenges.

      Cons

      1. Work life balance is something you have to focus on. It doesn't always come easy and there will be times where is more difficult than others but it's very possible to do, you just have to set limits and be open with your manager about your goals and comfort level.

      Pros

      - Great Campus - Very independent. If you want to do something, there is a lot of place for innovation - Smart, helpful and openminded coworkers * OVERWORK IS A MYTH. As long as your work gets done, you can do anywhere between 40-55 hours a week.

      Cons

      - Working is Visual Basic. That is about it.
