Pros

Smart people. A lot of folks you'll meet here have done interesting things and have had a diverse set of experiences. Great benefits. Lots of energy. Don't expect a 9-5. Solid mentoring. And I don't mean the technical kind, but the kind where you can ask questions without feeling stupid. You learn to say "I don't know" confidently. Colleagues are willing to share mistakes. Colleagues are eager to learn from each other.

Cons

Healthcare front and center means working with (very well-meaning) clients, but who are slow to adopt change. Stereotypes seem to define you, and it's hard to escape it. "You're a TS, you can work your TS magic" vs. "I'm an IS, I can haz computers?" seems to happen all the time. Look, it's in Verona, WI. If you're in your early 20s, within a couple of years you'll have seen everything the town has to offer, and probably want to move on.

Pros

Good health benefits and a good young work force

Cons

Lack of leadership leads to company not appreciating their work force and being content with an extremely high turnover.
