Good place to start out

Pros

You're surrounded by young, bright people who are all pretty much in the same boat as you if you're coming out of college. It's a bright and shiny place with lots of perks, good salary, and you build useful, marketable skills.

Cons

The travel can be rough, you're likely to burn out in the first couple years, and you feel like you're a part of a huge company with team leads that play favorites. If you don't suck up and stand out in the beginning, it's very hard to climb your way to the top.

Pros

There is a ton of room for growth whether you want it or not. In many cases you can have multiple customers managing million dollar implementations.

Cons

Zero work/life balance. Madison is divided in half by Epic and the townies who typically don't interact. There are a lot of incestuous relationships at work.

Pros

- I hear the base pay has increased - Food in the cafeteria is good

Cons

- Outdated technology like cache and VB6 - The CEO is like a dictator and decides everything - I suspect HR fakes reviews on review websites and salaries. Check out the flowery English!
