Pros

1. Excellent work life balance. On average, I work 40-45 hrs a week. 2. Travel to awesome places. Lucky folks travel abroad as well. 3. Friendly co-workers. 4. Way more than average pay and bonus. 5. You get to lead big project single handedly. 6. world class office/building.

Cons

1. Unmanaged code, lack of robust testing tools. Debugging is extremely annoying. 2. Minimal emphasis to coding standards. Most of the teams use VB and M cache. 3. You team lead is like your dad, you have to report everything.
