Pros

good pay for fresh at midwest area

Cons

As a software company, nobody care about the IT skills, as long as they keep making money they don't care any new technologies which is really bad for developers. The system is heavily rely on VB6 and cache which is used no where outside the few healthcare IT companies.

Pros

Good compensation (including extra benefits like a paid sabbatical) Lots of autonomy, you get quite a bit of latitude in choosing what you want to work on (outside of customer support) Intelligent and competent co-workers; the vast majority of people are very astute and care about doing a good job Results oriented - getting your work done and doing it well is the primary concern; there's very little micro-management Great campus

Cons

The customers you work with in support roles have a large influence on your overall experience. Tougher customers mean more work/longer hours.
