Pros

Lots of ways to make a mark on the company. Really cares about the mission of healthcare and the "why" behind what they do Constant variety and change- Never boring!

Cons

Cares about their customers above all else, good in some ways but almost to a fault. Push to work hard, if you're not a hard worker and don't like to be challenged constantly, not the place for you.

Pros

Epic has one of the most enjoyable, energetic, youthful workplaces I've ever seen. Visitors jaws' drop as they walk around, and mine certainly did, too.

Cons

For me the only con is the need to relocate so far from home (DC) to get there, and the homesickness that goes with that.
