Pros

Good, moral company. Interesting work. Makes good decisions in the interest of helping customers, most of which I agree with. Privately held. Generous salary, bonuses, stock options. Smart coworkers, high standard for work.

Cons

Like any company, they make decisions that sometimes aren't in the best interests of their employees especially regarding time off. They expect you to go "above and beyond" pretty often. They don't necessarily like people who chafe with their culture or dissent.

Epic values its employees and invests in their growth and future. I have worked at Epic for quite a few years now, and I feel very thankful to work here.

Cons

They do expect a lot from their employees.
