      Pros

      large amounts of responsability are given to you from the very start. Allows you to grow and strengthen core skills necessary for long-term success. Flat structure allows you to push an idea from abstract thoughts to reality.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. If you are not driven by personal accountability, you will struggle to find the step-by-step direction you may be looking for. There is a lot expected of you, and while you are given the tools and support necessary for success, you need to know how to use those resources.

      Pros

      Challenging and meaningful work. Great facilities that allow for productivity, but also fun. You're able to have an impact even if you are fresh out of college.

      Cons

      The work is definitely challenging at times and sometimes you have to put in more hours than you may want to.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and it is a good job right out of college. Lots of young people work there so even if you are working a lot, you are still making friends with the people you spend a lot of time with.

      Cons

      I haven't been working here long enough to find any glaring cons, but I hear the work life balance gets a little skewed sometimes and long hours are expected.
