-The nicest coworkers you're likely to find - people at Epic are uniformly smart and kind, and it's easy to like your team. -It's easy to forget you're working on such a nice campus, but taking a quick break to walk around reminds you that there's really beautiful surroundings -- gardens, walking paths, interesting buildings, bikes to explore and get around. -Having your own office (the most you'll have to share with is one other person) when a lot of other people I know are in big cubicle farms or open floor plan setups. It's nice to have a space that can be just yours, and that you can decorate. -There are a lot of different growth paths at Epic, and you don't need to follow the well-beaten path if you excel in other areas than your peers. You can partner with your TL to get to a role you want, or to create one that doesn't exist. -Raises and base pay are truly generous (for TS and R&D), and when you talk with friends or family, it's clear that's not the norm in other industries.
