A lot of opportunities to learn and grow among smart peers. There are a lot of ways to have a positive effect on the customer

There is a lot of pressure to get things done, even when you have done more than the full time 40 hrs. Can easily reach 60

Pros

Workplace culture is fun and chill, you get to work with tons of yuppies (pro if you're a young professional yourself), work is challenging and varies day to day, lots of responsibility off the bat

Cons

It's easy to feel like just another number, if the customer team you're staffed to isn't easy to work with you are pretty much stuck with them until you leave or ask to be switched off, people are constantly leaving which doesn't harvest commitment to the company
