Great collaboration between core engineering teams on projects. Engineering management is open to most recommendations for design or process improvement (as long as you do it yourself) Good group of people.

Cons

Purchasing and finance have too much authority to make engineering decisions. Purchasing will choose their "favorite" vendor at the sacrifice of quality and basic technologies.
