Its a paycheck and made some good friends there

Cons

Management consists of a bunch of bloated arrogant puppets, one of which acted very inappropriately at a company meeting a few years ago with a lower level female employee (he is a married man). There is a serious disconnect in the management infrastructure, the customer support is a total embarrassment and they leave out critical information from employment contracts and essentially screw their people out of money. They also tend to put people with absolutely no personality in managerial positions.

Pros

High percentage of people who are great. Benefits are good for one person or a family, bonuses and prophet sharing is very nice and appreciated.

Cons

Some managment has an outdated view on how to relate to employees. Intimidation and harshly toned emails are the normal.

Pros

Benefits are awesome. The office is pretty amazing, and they offer some great perks, such as pizza usually weekly, snacks, coffee etc.

Cons

Compensation was minimal, and annual reviews were unjust. The managers and supervisors were under so much stress from the upper division, that their misery was spread down to the "little people" on a daily basis. Any job within this company is all about the numbers, and if the company doesn't meet these numbers, then we all suffer.
