Pros
The two 45 minute breaks gives you something to look forward to during the day. Very helpful co workers and product managers.
Cons
-Lack of support from management. -Overworked with little appreciation, just do the bare minimum if you decide to work here.. Bent over backwards for this company and was talked down to by my own boss. -lack of trust between management and employees, will get thrown under the bus. -Very high turnover rate most likely due to poor management, low pay, and very low morale. I recommend you don't waste your time, don't be fooled when they say they promote 60 percent of their employees. People just don't stay long enough to become promoted.
