Pros

Eppendorf has great products you can rely on that are backed by a strong research and marketing team. HQ is quick to assist employees when additional product information and marketing assistance is needed.

Cons

The sales management team is more focused on the bottom line than customer satisfaction, distributor participation and overall territory gains. Several reps during my tenure grew their territories by 10-20% yearly and were let go for "poor performance" despite rave customer and colleague reviews.
